Creative Biolabs now provides the allergen screening service using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry/mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS). Compared with the traditional GC-MS methods, its high operating efficiency avoids the risk of false positives that may occur when the "matrix effect" is caused by the presence of other substances in the sample during the test.
